COVID-19 Information

Effective March 2020, volunteers will be required to have additional qualifications on record in our volunteer software for most of our volunteer activities.

Volunteers must agree and adhere to policies in our Volunteer Handbook, undergo Food Handler and COVID-19 training modules in our software and have an up to date background check (iCORI for Massachusetts residents, and Sterling Volunteers for volunteers outside of Massachusetts).

Volunteers will wear proper multiple layer face covering as advised by the CDC, and take precautions to protect themselves and those around them. This includes staying home with any symptoms, known or suspected exposure to COVID-19, and notifying of the organization of any symptoms, exposure or positive tests in the days following a volunteer activity.

Please find more information about precautions:

Email if you have any questions or need help with the volunteer qualifications.
